We are located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
We donate a percentage of every purchase to animal rescues that are making a positive impact in their community.
We currently aren’t affiliated with any specific non-profit organizations. There are so many wonderful rescues doing amazing work, that we try to contribute to a variety of them (of course that includes cats and dogs, but also organizations that care for bunnies and birds, too!). If you would like to suggest one for us to donate to, please send us a message and let us know!
Shipping

Orders that we pack and ship are generally processed within 2-4 business days. We offer standard shipping through USPS or UPS, which takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive.
Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer generally have a 14-21 business day delivery time (that includes processing + shipping combined).

-Other miscellaneous items that fall under this category, will be labeled on their product description pages
Yes, we offer international shipping on select products.
Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer can be shipped internationally. These items are labeled on their product description pages.

There are times when a product we carry may be in high demand and is backordered, resulting in a longer processing and/or shipping time. In the event that happens, we will notify you as soon as possible, so you can decide whether or not to keep or cancel your order.
Refunds
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We gladly accept returns that are in new, unused condition and are still in the original packaging.
Unless there was a mistake on our part, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
For our international customers, please note that we do not accept returns based on the fact that all returns must be sent to our USA mailing address.

Please contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, so that we can correct the issue and make it right. We ask that you include the order number and a photo of the item's condition in your email.
(Please note, this does not apply to items that have been damaged by pets after delivery.)
