We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Please note, to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Unless there was a mistake on our part, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please provide us with your return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
For our international customers, please note that we do not accept returns based on the fact that all returns must be sent to our USA mailing address.
