We all know how exciting it is when a new package arrives, especially if it comes in a cardboard box. The urge to scratch, sniff and jump on it can be all consuming (at least from your cat's perspective)! So why not keep the box and cut out a few peep holes for an extra dose of fun 😻

US Shipping
Orders that we pack and ship are generally processed within 2-4 business days. We offer standard shipping through USPS or UPS, which takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. Flat rate shipping costs $8 and is free on orders over $99 USD.


Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer generally have a 14-21 business day delivery time (that includes processing + shipping combined).*

  • Beds and jewelry are shipped directly from the manufacturer
  • Other miscellaneous items that fall under this category, will be labeled on their product description pages


Please keep in mind that items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping
Products that ship directly from the manufacturer can be shipped internationally. These items will be labeled on their product description pages. Flat rate shipping costs $12 and is free on orders over $99 USD.

Customs & Import Taxes (orders outside of the US)
European Union - We cover VAT taxes.

All other international countries - We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees your country may impose. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay them.


Incorrect Shipping Address 
Please double check that your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. In the event that it isn't, contact us immediately so we can do our best to remedy the situation. If your order has already been processed by our fulfillment team, we won't be able to make any changes or cancel it.
